Evelyn Soidla
Evelyn has more than 25 years of experience as a lecturer, trainer, mentor, advisor, supervisor and coach. She is a member of the board of the Estonian Supervision and Coaching Association and a level 6 supervisor, member of ICF as well as partner for managers and teams of different levels both in the Estonian and international private and public sector organisations. After completing her initial education as a linguistics scholar, she enrolled in the International Supervision and Coaching Institute. Training as a supervisor and coach helped her to systematise and integrate her previous experiences. She has developed a personal style for working with people, teams, and organisations that is influenced by various approaches, such as NLP, psychodrama, process work, solution-oriented approach, creative techniques, appreciative research, systemic approach and constellation work. She is currently fulfilling her dream of training leaders, managers, and educators in a coaching-based management style, which includes team building, building organisational culture, self-management, resilience, healthy and unhealthy boundaries, conflict resolution methods, burnout and stress reduction. She has been training adults since 2001 and collaborates with both public and private sector organisations operating in various spheres, including social, education, healthcare, and business. She specialises in understanding the conscious and subconscious laws of organisational management and functioning and works with issues related to 'misplaced' positions and hierarchies. She also works with all kinds of hidden dynamics and the resulting difficulties in the organisation and the team, change management and team engagement. She has published various articles on the topic of change in the field of education and business.
Patrick Gerber
For the past 20 years, Patrick has been actively involved in the international energy sector as a strategic business development consultant, with a high level of expertise in successfully completing time-critical international projects. His diverse background spans interim management, startup initiatives, CleanTech and export support projects. He has collaborated with over 250 companies worldwide, ranging from newly formed startups to family-owned companies that have been in operation for decades. Throughout his work, he has developed a unique set of skills to successfully meet the deadlines of time-critical projects that have a high probability of failure. Navigating global markets is a challenging task that requires a level of flexibility and cultural sensitivity uncommon in most professionals. He possesses the ability to intuitively understand his clients' needs before they are expressed and to tailor his approach to each unique market. He is available to help companies enter the international market successfully and sustainably, and all he requires is a willingness to innovate.
