What we collect

When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, company (if you give it) and your message. The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

Only to reply to you and, if you want, to prepare a cooperation. The legal basis is your consent and the steps taken at your request before a contract.

The growth balance test

The test runs on export4future.com, EP Consulting’s own assessment tool. The answers you give there are used to prepare your result and follow-up report.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to answer them and for up to two years after our last contact, unless we start working together.

Who sees it

Only Evelyn Soidla and Patrick Gerber. We do not sell or share your details. Our website host stores the data in the European Union.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to info@epconsulting.ee. You can also contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).

Confidentiality in coaching and supervision

Coaching and supervision follow the ICF Code of Ethics. Everything you share in a session stays confidential.
